Cancellation Conditions

The conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

Holiday in nature

The following conditions apply

No cancellation costs until 3 months prior to the start of your holiday.
From 3 months to 1 month prior to the start of your holiday we charge 3 days.
From 1 month prior to the start of your holiday we charge 90% of the booked stay.
In case of premature departure or late arrival, the room will be charged for the agreed dates.
In case of late cancellation, there will be no refund.
